At furnace:
- Check thermostat operation
- Inspect filter (replace customer’s filter if needed
- Inspect blower assembly
- Inspect & lubricate blower motor
- Take & record amperage reading of blower motor
- Inspect condensate drain & flush if necessary (recommend Flo-Tab if needed)
- Check evaporator coil performance
- Check & record temperature drop across evaporator
- Check unit operation according to charging calculator
- Clean furnace cabinet
- Cycle system through one complete cycle
- Re-set thermostat
- Review pro-check cooling performance check results with customer
- Review any appropriate indoor air quality issues with customer
At Outdoor Unit:
- Inspect condenser coil & & clean if necessary
- Check service valves & service port caps
- Check & record compressor voltage
- Check contractor contacts for voltage drop
- Read & record compressor discharge gas temperature
- Read & record suction line temperature
- Read & record liquid line temperature
